Shipping
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by adding items to your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
We usually Ship Fed Ex, but if you know of a cheaper or better way, let us know.
If you have a larger order, please call us at 877-692-9125 Ext 1 and we can try to work a better shipping number for you.
Returns
If for any reason an item you have purchased from truckpipestore.com does not meet your satisfaction, you may return that item within 30 days after receipt of product.
For all returns you will need an RMA number assigned to you by our customer service department before we can accept any returned merchandise. The following conditions must be met:
• All returned goods must be in their original state in new, resalable condition
• Products cannot be dented, scratched or have any protective material removed
• Shipping Fees are non-refundable
• All returns must have a valid RMA number issued by our customer service department
• Orders can be canceled only prior to shipment.
• Returns for Nelson brand products are not accepted unless an error on our end is made, item is defective, or damaged upon arrival.
* Where damage is found we reserve the right to deny 100% credit and dispose of the product. This may be due to installation damage or in transit back to the return address provided. We will contact you via email if your product is returned damaged.
A 25% restocking fee for returned items will be deducted from the refund.
Upon receiving the item back into inventory, we will issue a credit back to the customer in the form of payment that the original order was received (Paypal, credit card, amazon pay etc.)

Truckpipestore.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to Sales@truckpipesusa.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Truckpipestore.com does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Listed below here are US Pick Up Depot locations where our Canadian customers can request the Truck Pipes USA to ship to one of the addresses below.
All locations are located within the US on Canada’s border. A small $5 to $10 fee could be charged at the depot upon pickup. Simply enter one of these addresses in the "ship to"area when checking out using our online shopping cart.
